Over 75% of scientists worldwide do not have access to career development, and a recent survey by Nature mentions that 51% of scientists are considering leaving active research due to work-related mental health problems. In this webinar, Chaperone will highlight some of international data highlighting this growing problem impacting scientists, how research institutions have been dealing with this issue, will describe the different areas and specialists involved in career development, and explain how Chaperone is helping scientists in their careers.
