The Spanish Association of Scientists in Belgium (CEBE) offers its members the Buddy Mentorship Program, an initiative designed to strengthen your professional and personal development in Belgium.

Our mentorship program aims to connect mentees (CEBE members) with experienced mentors who will voluntarily provide support and guide the mentees towards their goals.

What do we offer?

• Professional Development: Support in defining a professional project and guidance in personal, educational, and professional development.
• Lifestyle and Advice: Help with settling in Belgium and support with documentation and procedures.
• Networking: Encourage the expansion of the mentee's network of contacts.

Who can access the program?

• Mentees: University students, master's and doctoral candidates, and professionals with an academic, research, or business background who are members of CEBE and are up to date with their annual fees (Become a member). 
• Mentors: Any person interested in sharing their experience and knowledge voluntarily, with or without CEBE membership.
